WEBVTT

00:00:04.000 --> 00:00:07.843
On the desktop app, open the three-dot menu in the title bar to find

00:00:07.878 --> 00:00:12.220
the window controls. These controls are specific to the desktop application;

00:00:12.649 --> 00:00:16.353
they are not part of the web app shown in our Image Studio lesson. Window

00:00:16.411 --> 00:00:20.405
transparency gives you an Amount control. Use it to choose how much of

00:00:20.451 --> 00:00:24.747
the window behind the app is visible. Keep readability first, especially

00:00:24.770 --> 00:00:28.590
when there is text behind the answer. In this recording, transparency

00:00:28.648 --> 00:00:33.106
is off; we are showing where to find the controls. The Readability menu

00:00:33.199 --> 00:00:37.866
offers Shadow only, Outline, and Maximum. Choose a treatment that keeps

00:00:37.901 --> 00:00:41.314
the content comfortable to read against your own background. Check the

00:00:41.384 --> 00:00:45.331
result in the workspace where you will actually use it. Always on top

00:00:45.401 --> 00:00:50.033
keeps the desktop window above other windows. The title bar also provides

00:00:50.068 --> 00:00:54.573
a pin control. Arrange the app before a conversation so that the answer

00:00:54.642 --> 00:00:59.031
is within easy reach. You will also see Hide from screen sharing. Check

00:00:59.077 --> 00:01:02.560
its behavior with the sharing application you use before relying on it.

00:01:03.141 --> 00:01:07.332
This lesson does not demonstrate or verify that protection. In Settings,

00:01:07.355 --> 00:01:11.500
General, review the global shortcuts shown in your installation. Starting

00:01:11.547 --> 00:01:15.900
and stopping transcription, pausing and continuing, showing the app,

00:01:16.133 --> 00:01:20.184
and answering the last question are separate actions. Answering the last

00:01:20.231 --> 00:01:24.736
question requires active transcription. Learn the controls you need before

00:01:24.759 --> 00:01:27.359
the meeting, so getting help takes less effort.
